RMS Track shows the live location, status and route history of your GPS Tracktech-tracked trailers and assets, on iPhone and on the web at track.rmssg.com.

How do I sign in?

Use the same username and password as your GPS Tracktech account. If you don’t have one, ask your fleet administrator.

I forgot my password

Passwords are managed by GPS Tracktech. Ask your fleet administrator to reset it, then sign in again.

Why can’t I see some vehicles?

You see only the devices assigned to your account. Your administrator can change which devices your account can access.

What does “Last known” mean?

The device’s latest report had no GPS signal (for example, parked indoors), so the map shows the last position it reported.

“Available in …s” on Show route

GPS Tracktech allows two route-history queries per minute per user. The button becomes available again after a short wait.
